Current prices on classifies show the lowest its being sold is for 13.66, the highest its being bought is 13.55. If people want to buy the hat than they should not have to pay more than the bp price. So why not raise it.
So that's 3 Sales via that one Buyer, bound to be more.
As a brief overview this will be fine, and I believe "Dad" has got the most common trading point here.

with the proof provided by lemons above and with sellers and buyers at 13.55-13.66, this does seem like the most common trading point so i will accept this but keep in mind to look for as many sales as you can find before making the suggestion next time as it is the suggesters job to find them.

Could't be higher than 13.66 because it would cap.
Couldn't be SCM because the item is already tradeable
