It also sold for a GE Sultan (outdated at 30, can't find a proper mini) + a bunch of sweets that should be around ~30 keys

Given that the Sultan can't be mini-ed properly now, and that a good part of the sweets is based on killstreaked/painted items, your suggested price is going to be close enough.
