I bought one on the market for £0.24 which is ~$0.30 which is ~4 ref.

The lowest also start at £0.24

Well "Normal" Ref sales are preferred than SCM sales. If you did it by Keys you bought it for 24p, Keys are £1.93 ish = 193p 24/293 = 0.12 Keys = 3.55 Ref

As the 3.66 Ref Seller has been Unsold for 19 Days I doubt the ~4 ref or ~high 3 refs would be a common point here. But thank you for the sale :D
