Your suggestion is based on 1 not usable quicksale trade. 3 in existence, 2 on the market, 1 on marketplace.tf- 2159.99 (https://marketplace.tf/items/30422;5;u14/Scorching%20Flames%20Vive%20La%20France), also BF Vive (effect for the same price) recently got priced for 680. You should just close this suggestion and wait for some usable sales.
Burning flames at 680 for sure supports the drop to 400 on scorching. It's obvious scorching is under burning in all scenarios.
I've been offered several times ~700-750 in downgrades with indate unusuals and if I didn't accept that offers it doesn't mean that this unu can be worth only 400. Can you all just wait for some reasonable sales? Such suggestions only interfere with business and mislead people.

The hat doesnt even appear in the sellers backpack at any given time, meaning it was likely sold instantly after unboxing it or receiving it (cant trace the history anywhere)
