Can't determine the other trades form bp compare, so with one around 19 and one at 30 and the hat currently at auction, this needs to wait.

Sorry, but that isn't how it works. The only time you can use a single trade to new price an item is when (copy paste form rules):

Exception 2: Rare Hats

Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:

There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months

If the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred OR the hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack.

The hat is not a new hat / effect (i.e. new halloween effects during the halloween event). You must wait until after the event is over to price these based on a single sale.

This hat has more than 1 trade, can still be unboxed (so more might appear) and is currently being auctioned off, so clearly not with a collector.

I know 2 sales around 19 keys and 30 keys. Should I specify a range 19-30 keys? I have evidence of these two sales

And no, that 19 will likely be less as the Coup is currently listed at 13.5 for over a week now. (edit, the 13.5 is duped, but according to new rules that is below the care about duped threshold, moot point anyway)

That range is too large.

And, it is currently up for trade again so there will likely be more trades here in the near future. Just close this suggestion and wait.

The Dogger's price is out of date, but it has an open suggestion for 20-21. That will need to be resolved, but in any case it does not support 30 and is likely to be closer to the unused sale here. Moreover, the three sales we do have are still fairly discrepant, so I would recommend waiting for more sales and/or the resolution of the open Hot Dogger suggestion before pricing this. 30 flat will be too high regardless.
