1 of 3 Misty Gym (3 years old price !), duped version sold for 40 keys pure (basically "refresh").

Proof:

It is not ideal to use duped sale, but in this price range (with 3+ years old price) it may be alright since it is more or less refresh.

One of the clean owners is an active trader, but this is extremely close to a refresh so it will be fine. Similar case here:
