i have two sales at 27 pure, and 30 in unu, both by me on day 1 of them becoming tradable, should've waited, probably too old to use though, other than that great suggestion

Sale #3 is incorrect, none of the reported items match.

Taking 23-25 for the Buccaneer.

So sales are 27 (pure/off-market from unboxer), 29 (Buccaneer), 47 (Fez), and 51 (Lucky + Scopers, old-ish). 27 is not the best since it was an unboxer sale that wasn't really advertised, and 51 isn't that great either given how old it is now. 29-47 is too wide though. I think it would be best to have more sales to clarify the range here. If you want to get better info about what Roque sold it for that might help a lot. At any rate, since 59 is unsupported, closing for now.
