Buyer likely has no intent of selling: they haven't made an OP trade/classified listing for it in the 6 months they owned it. The hat is also 1:1, meaning this is really the only sale. I feel this would fall under the rare hat exception here: https://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-guide-for-unusual-price-suggestions/ If it doesn't, them I'll close this suggestion.
