So there are sales at 25, 29, 30, 30, 31, 45. The sale at 25 is a scrap.tf purchase, so we can leave that out. The sale at 31 was ~45 as well without the B/O cap.

You should resuggest at 30-45 and give this a more conservative drop. Won't hurt to round 29 to 30 so the range doesn't look worse than it is.
