It's been a while since this got a price suggestion, huh?
Unsolds at 29.88 ref and 1 key (this user is selling two of them). Using the former as the high value. (As I was making this suggestion, the former was sold and the classified disappeared.)
Bot selling at 2.43 keys, as well as someone selling one with the taunt kill part for the same price + someone else with the same part for 3 keys. These are too high, not taking this into account.
One key is just shy of the high value as of the time I'm making this suggestion, and this is considering the strange part. Probably not accurate but I just thought I should include it.
Thanks for reading this far, hope I've done well with this. Happy tickles!
Edited because the links messed up.
You can't use sellers for your high end.
The sale was still made, and I traded for one for a key, which the proposed high end is just short of.
So as I see it your low-end is based on Sellers on Marketplace.tf, well then that's raising with Sellers which isn't valid. Need sales or Buyers to raise.
Your High-end is based on your sale where the item had a desired addition aka a Strange Part making it worth more anyways. Seeing how there are 2 Unsolds for 1 Key, both Unsold for 1 Week (and the seller has owned them even longer than that) I think this is way too high and the proof is week.
Just to explain the part situation, it would be like having a Craft hat that has Lime Paint. If that Craft hat is worth 1.22 for example and you sell the one with lime paint for 10 Ref it doesn't make the Cosmetic 10 Ref. Same here, the item is modified and should be used to raise, dropping with them is fine.

Here's the item in my inventory: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198290132847/inventory/#440_2_5999674452
