512.29€ = 238 keys https://backpack.tf/item/2050254013
thx Apo
What about rounding to 240 keys?Looks anyway good, upvote!
One simply does not round pure sales ^^
Well, $600(usd) / $2.50 = 240 keys.
https://vgy.me/O5dkNO.png (mancer sold $600 USD)
Keys are currently ~$2.50 SCM
Not sure what happened to those 2 keys to make it 238, unless it is from currency conversion, or maybe I got something wrong?
512.29€ / 2.15€ (scm price for keys) http://prntscr.com/g224qu
Again, I'm not sure where this belief came from - but it's perfectly acceptable to round pure sales.
I was told in the past, that you cant round pure sales, so its not acceptable.
Yes, lots of people appear to have been told that.
Whoever told you that was incorrect. Rounding pure sales is perfectly acceptable.
What mods say isnt incorrect.
Show me a mod saying it. Because a mod has never said that. Because it states nowhere in the suggestion guide that you shouldn't round pure sales.
It's an idea one suggester got in their head that has now infected like half the suggester base. It's a baseless idea.
You expect too much, buddy. It is impossible to find the exact suggestion, out of the 700+ ive done, where a mod told me that. Sry to let you down, but i trust my memory far better than i do you.
So you can't prove it. Read the guidelines pal, I've tried to help you, if you're gonna be too stubborn then too bad.
The proof is somewhere out there, however i do not need to prove it, as my word is enough for me. Im very familiar with the guidelines already, so it would be pointless to read again, no wouldnt it? I think we both know who is the stubborn one here, you arent a mod, try to understand it and stop being cocky. There had to be a reason that certain mod said i cant round pure sales and you (i too, i just remembered what i was told) clearly dont understand what it couldve been at all.
Some people are beyond help...
True, however i believe that with enough help, it is still possible....
Regarding the debate on rounding in this suggestion: the only absolute rule we have with respect to rounding is that values be rounded to the nearest whole key. That's it.
Rounding pure sales has indeed been suggested by moderators in the past (1 example): https://backpack.tf/suggestion/569fd734dea9e92831b7878d
However, it is worth noting that the language used there regarding when to do so is specific and the actual necessity of it is still vague. So this still does not equate to "must not round pure sales". It is generally not advised, but I do not see it as an absolute requirement either.
It's generally up to the discretion of the reviewer if the rounding choices made were appropriate. Personally, I think this is fine. I would have also accepted 240.
