Because that doesn't prove that proposal at 6,5 (+5 ref or 3%) it is not possible to sell. No sellers below at the time.

Check MP. Many sales for ~7,6. But here we've got 4 sellers at 6,5 so I see no reason to take them at the moment. But range like 6,5-7 seems legit too.
