Quicksold (to me) for 38 keys:

Don't know if the other sale at 38 should be excluded, as most of the sales are pretty close anyways.

(Also, you made a little typo in sale 2, it's 38 keys and the 3 key sweet, not 39)

Given that the Hallmark was ultimately priced at 37.5, you will have to resuggest this at 41-45.
