All sellers at more than bp price, considering the chepeast is selling at 1.21.

You can't raise the price of an item with sellers, only buyers. That would be price manipulation, as sellers could just sell for higher and higher and drive the price up higher and higher.

He hasn't done the proof but Lemons can help.
