pretty sure it is since the they never made an outposts listing but the newest owner did list it at 50 keys about 2 weeks ago and still has it http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29322612. So range?

if you're sure enough it was him, then you can redo this at 45-50. If you're not, it may be best to ask the seller

Asked the seller, according to them they had a b/o of 50 keys but after looking into it a bit more I found the seller who had it at 45 was a different person and they sold it for 30 keys to them. 3 keys more than they paid for it
