I highly suspect that there was a buyout for the Big Chief sale. Can't find it at the moment but judging from the notes it definitely should cap at something. Try adding the seller to see what's up.

well 2 are not marked with values here, 1 was to a quickbuyer, 1 is an evident outlier. That leaves us with a sale at 20, which'd be 20% of the sales. Thats why I'd wait for more. If you can verify that other 20 sale it means 20 will be a solid value. Id say ask the buyer/seller there and if it was 20, then 20 flat will work
