I simply would like to at least have it's purchase price noted as it is the only one of it's kind.

I purchased this hat for 65 USD and have divided backpack.tf's key value from the price as asked via the suggestion thread and concluded a value of 34.39 in keys. I rounded it to the nearest whole number as suggested. Had to redo pricing since the key value decreased a bit.

Please let me know if there is anything I may not have done correctly, if something needs to be changed or if this suggestion is invalid for some reason pertaining to me purchasing a one of a kind hat and then attempting documentation of it's first value even though I am the owner.

$65 / aug 2 key value on scm = ~26 keys

that doesn't make any sense with the converter on this site or mathematically. Backpack.tf values a key currently at 1.89 USD and I spent 65 USD. Therefore the value should be roughly 34 keys. Unless there is some strange variable I'm oblivious to?

when you buy it off scm you use scm key price. when you pay paypal you use paypal/bp price converter. when you buy it on marketplace you use mp.tf key price. make sense now?

The backpack key price =/= SCM key price

Never heard of the SCM value but I'll change it if I may see the math behind it.

Just check what a Key was selling for on the Steam Community Market on the day you bought it.
