Regarding the marketplace key price at the time of the sale, it's impossible to know the exact number now. Thanks to Woifi, I remembered that June 23rd was one day after the Steam Summer sale started, so there's no way that the median was $2.10.

Given the uncertainty, we are fine with using ~$2.05, which has been the average in the past few months.
