I'd be tempted to just go 20 flat tbh given 3 pure sales there and unsold near high end/buyers near low end.

Imo they're just "near" though, they don't directly counter anything. I think given this hat HAS sold across a range of prices it's important to show that, even if there is a solid basis of pure.

That's just my opinion though :)

High end is 4 keys above where most of the (pure) sales are, whereas low end is only 2 key below, so it's kinda skewing unfairly high given the unsold at 25. Idk

I'll resuggest if you can grab me a screenie of the bugger, would be useful to be able to prove it. I thought you were talking about the unsold at 28 and was like "eh", but if there's an unsold at 25 yeah that's kinda closer to suggested price than I'd like :)
