He is no collector :p , he used to spam the most cancer trade offers , he got banned for frequently trading with scammers , and he got banned + during the price suggestion competition he lost a lot and decided to leave tf2 trading ,( im assuming for cs) this is why it would make sense if you get some confirmation from the buyer or the seller.
