Preeeetty sure that's only for non-unusual suggestions

For common items with plenty of sales, Marketplace or SCM sales shouldn't be used on their own. For rare items (like unusuals), you can use Marketplace or SCM sales without any problem, as long as they are not outliers. Probably should have been explained better in that guide.

In this case, it's the only recent sale so it's fine to use.
