How could he even sell it on marketplace? I thought scammers were banned from there.

He's not marked on SR so he was not automatically banned on marketplace, just like how domccas was allowed on there for the longest time...

Edit: Oh, and he's banned on scrap.tf - not sure why scrap.tf bans don't automatically apply to marketplace.

I'm for this suggestion as its a raise and was sold for cash , it shows this hat def needed a raise , normally scammers dump items for cheaper , here the hat was sold for more then its previously suggested price and would be unfair if the sale is not reported to the person who paid cash for this and from his end had nothing to do with scamming.

No, rounding is not a rule, especially for pure sales.

Rounding is done on item sales since there can be uncertainty about the value of Unusuals etc. However, there is no uncertainty with pure keys/cash.

Seems it's moved around since this suggestion? Maybe use those sales instead since they probably aren't involving a scammer?

I just bought this for a Misty Skull Hustler's Hallmark (110), a Stormy Storm Brain Bucket (14.5), and a couple of sweets from a buyout of 100 pure and 120 in items.
