Ageing unsold at 16 Ref (1 Day old now) and a Buyer at 12.11 the range could be made smaller here.

Unbumped Ye but they've been online on Steam recently and should just be ignored because they didn't donate $5, I bet they're still looking to trade it so they're valid. Where does 18 come from?

You need proof for 16 it can't just be made up from the range. 16 Ref is valid so 18 can't be included imo. 12 is also countered by Buyers at 12.11 etc.
Imo you have 0 proof here (well you do but it's countered) so it would be best to wait until perhaps the 16 ref seller sells then 12.11 (or whatever buyers are at at the time) - 16 Calling 18 an outlier compared to previous unsold.
However I may be wrong so a second opinion wouldn't hurt.
2 sales at 12 ref and 2 sales at 20 ref. and with a seller at 16 ref (currently offline) which falls perfectly in the range, this should be fine as is
