Correct value for that sale is ~73.

Your third sale is also off - Micro for the PFetti HKC comes out to 66, not 72. 66 + 2 = 68 for sale #3.

Your high end and low end sales just flip, effectively. Half a key off is negligible, so calling this close enough. Sales #2 & #4 are outliers on either end.
