Scorching belt + 16 keys
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198112281935#!/compare/1502323200/1502409600
275 in unusuals, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29296035 b/o was 215
215+16 = 231, rounding to 230
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29207825
b/o was 270
and, before anyone jumps at me about this being in June and older than 60 days:
"Sales for high tier hats (>200 keys) can be based on a single sale if there are no other sales in the last 3 months. "
It's less than 3 months ago :)
The trade is within 3 months, I don't know who would jump at you?
Also your second compare link is... confusing? It shows the belt being traded, why? If you are trying to use as a mini, no need as when this trade took place the belt was in-date. If you are just providing extra proof that is cool, but maybe some spaces between the different trades would make it easier to read.
I usually group sales in blocks. A whole section or "paragraph" is a single sale. I separate sales into their own if it pertains to the hat. the second compare link is the mini for the belt (hence why its not separated - the belt is for the sale), but as you said it was when it was indate, and the b/o on it coincidentally supports that 215 price. If I had a second sale, it wouldve been in its own "paragraph"
and yea it looks confusing but checking all the histories, its the belt for the bulk. added to 275, but it was unecessary for me to add in the end cause of the 215 b/o.
also reason I mention that is sometimes people call out for old sales, Ive had it happen before.
Just a reminder you can use sales up to 3 months 1 week, not a day more.
3 months and not a day more, actually.
i asked on the event and was told 1 week is tolerated if there's no other sale

Duped one sold for Purple Confetti Cardbeard
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198103001146#!/compare/1498348800/1498435200
Interesting the dupe sold for way more.
This should not be done. The rule Happysedits alludes to here only goes if a hat has no other sales in a long long time. These rules are to make sure that sales from approximately 3 months ago, in cases where hats go to collectors, or where hats are years and years outdated, can be updated even if the sale would normally just fall outside our suggestion threshold
This hat was last updated after the belt sale happened, so at the time, it was most definitely not the only sale. In fact, it, along with the beard sale, were deemed outliers in the last suggestion. By common sense, the 3 month old value is much more solid than this.
