Yes the previous suggestion is still indate, but given this sale do you consider it more accurate?

The only other sale was used in the last suggestion and expires in 2 weeks. No reason to give it a range.

I think a range would be much more accurate. There is no reason to ignore a sale, especially when it largely goes against such a giant raise. It took 2 months to sell at 84, and 84 could easily be an outlier in the face of more sales. A range is the best thing we can do with the current evidence.

Going to give precedence to the most recent sale here. Other sale is 4 months old now and was almost outdated already when this suggestion was created.
