      Despite the two 4 ref sales, I think it could be an outlier because this range is strange to say the least. I'd like to see more sales in general to get a larger sample size to determine whether or not 4 ref is an outlier.

          I can't be sure because 4 sales isn't much to sample, but there's a massive disparity within the range, with it being 2.44 - 4.00 ref.

                  I'm not sure, but I don't think you can disregard the 2.44 sales. I'd keep this price until a mod or someone more experienced gives their opinion. But the large range just doesn't sit well with me.
