1 of 2 in the world, I bought this one and haven't seen any others since the Salty Dog went all-class

Sale #1: Traded for a DBD Salty Dog (80) + Sunbeams Blighted Beak (~200)

As far as I know, the Beak and DBD Salty dont need mini's since their suggestions are less than 4 months old, and all hats traded are clean.

This is the only trade that I'm currently aware of. If there is another trade, please let me know so I can make a ranged suggestion.

If that is valid, however, please show me where in the rules it says his B/O caps the price.

As far as I know, B/O's can only be used if there's no usable sales.
