Taking low-end = 58 based on mini (sale at ~58 and with the support of current proposal). And high-end = 63, rounding to an even number for good measure.

I could be wrong about that, so sorry, but you sent a counter offer saying that you wanted unusual overpay. I said this in another counter offer "aw okay. I didn't say names here. Obviously this hat is not underpriced, because previous owner had b\o below the current price, and then get rid off it. I'm not trying to make anything, but that offers on hat that costs ~80 with comments like "I'm already got great offers on it" triggered me :3

With the sale at $155 it would at the minimum be about 80 keys, though it could probably more due to people selling their keys for less

I sold it to a csgo trader/gambler. He quicksold it to get keys to gamble. He never actually owned tf2 or traded in it. He just wanted to help people cash out. Also he sent the money from his bank account so the transfer takes a few days.

However, you should have valued sale #3 a couple keys higher in the first place. The average should still be appropriate here, so accepting as close enough.
