Elaborating on what Chato said for you: Since you brought the item in febuary, the sale is invalid. Only sales within the past 3 months are usable to update a hat.

"Outdated" meaing NO price at all,right,so i am just going through my bp and noticed that a few items didn't have any value,i am not a "trader" but a user,i don't see any price for it at all,like never had one,so i suggested on the item,don't think its that big of a deal,at least i reported it :)

It would have been fine if the sale was in the past 3 months, as it isn't, the sale is classified as "old/unusable" So we can't use it in a price suggestion. If you did this suggestion up to 3 months after you bought it, it would have been fine. This one isn't usable though.
