Quickbuyers have countered this suggestion since it was opened. In a range, I'm fine with 11 being included if it is indeed a common trading point. With all of those buyers however, 11 seems rather low. A single sale at 11 isn't enough for a drop; it'd be best to wait for more sales to pop up.
