One seller is below 18 keys unsold for 3 days, active bumped. It seems reasonable for the max to drop in price, not raising.
Notice the buyer @ 18 in the snapshot was paying 18 keys for a painted one and he is long gone. The sales at 18 or above look like they are related to painted hats. 17-18 may be the right price for now, but a flat price is pure guess-work.
I made this when they were all selling at 18 and people were buying at 18.06 if you look at the evidence. Th eprice has dropped a little bit since then because everyone was trying to undercut eachcother

bots now sell at 17.7, may have just dropped a little the past few days.
Honestly, this thing is kinda tumbling price-wise right now. I would revoke this suggestion for now.
