I mean I got the a-OK from Marty, plus that suggestion was opened when the Black watch was indate. I'm ignoring it until told otherwise by Marty or another mod.

Accepted suggestion for the Black Watch, which is still in-date, should be reflective of its value at the time of the sale given when the sale took place. Open suggestion likely requires more recent support for the proposed low-end in order to be justified.
