Two sales at 15, even if they were qs, show a common trading point. Otherwise there's the outlier at like 23 or something.

Don't think the Festivizer sale is an outlier, and it wouldn't be anything like 23 when sweets were added with the Trib, and there are active Festivizer sellers below 23. As Blaze mentions though, it does need a mini. And even if it is somehow higher than expected, the second sale I've linked justifies a range here.

Feel free to work out minis for the Mullet/Festivizer and give this a high end.
