Just round it to 12 flat ?
The more leeway i leave for price range, the more likely people are to have bought/sold it for a price within that range, making them more likely to upvote it.
Do auctions count? Bought one for 10 keys and some ref off auction. I'll get the screenshot of it if it counts.
More evidence is always better than less.
Also pretty sure you can't use decimals in a suggestion?

Scrap.Tf also unsold at 12 keys .11 ref so supports, been there since before the sugg unless there have been multiple in and out
You have to round to the nearest integer in unusual suggestions, and there are many other sales you will need to look at:

How do I find sales from just an item ID?
