I bought it for ~8.5 keys.
https://marketplace.tf/items/15147;11;w1/Strange%20Butcher%20Bird%20Minigun%20(Factory%20New)
Sold for $19.98, which is a almost 10 keys, but factoring in the inflation (-10% share for Marketplace), the price is closer to 8.8 keys.

Being sold for, at lowest currently, $19.58, which again the same deal as Marketplace, that's the inflated price, closer to 8.5 keys yada-yada. Most sales in the past year are about the same price.
Feel free to add more proof for me or against me
Can't price skins <10 keys.
If it looks like it's worth that then why not?
Dont argue.its the rules.if can sell it forn10 keys then can you suggest it for keys.
Not arguing, just asking why. Why is this a rule? If that's what it looks like it's worth, why can you not suggest it for that price?
idk..make a bp.tf forum and ask this question
edit:i made a comment here and i typed a different message by accident
for cheaper skins SCM generally does a good enough job pricing it
