You shouldn't change a price just based on how much you buy/sell for.

Yes you can, sales are required in suggestions.

He said, "should", not "can". He means that you should find other sales before suggesting. He doesn't have bp.tf premium so all he can see is that 130 some exist.

In this case, he was wrong, but he had an idea that might have been valid in another suggestion.
