The problem here is that the buy orders were not for strange haunted and now that I've migrated the stats page they don't exist.

since when can you price unpriced items with buyers?

It isn't unpriced; last time it was priced bp.tf didn't support dual-quality items so the old price is incorrectly stored on the single quality page. i.e. It is just a technical issue.
