Marketplace.tf listings at ~1.32 keys (or a little higher)

only 2 SCM listings, one at $2.58 and one at $4.60

This seems high, as noted there's one unsold for 2 months at ~1.2

SCM and mp.tf should only be used as secondary sources. Sales are primary.
