you don't know how many uses all of those had, which I think is important when pricing these.

besides the uses thing that's been mentioned, isn't this range kinda too wide...

Yeah, high end is twice as much as low end.

since there is no information of how many uses there were on the noise makers sold provided. this cannot be accepted as they could've easily not had the full 25 uses therefore being invalid.
