4 keys were added with the Bandana in sale one, so it's ~61 keys total.

I actually didn't pay attention to that last night, thanks. But looking into it a bit more, the buyout for the Ushanka was 70 keys http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29376058 which puts my bandana at ~66.

I don't think that's enough of a difference to warrant resuggesting, correct me if I'm wrong.

You can't value the Ushanka at the B/O of the seller. It's priced at 65 so that's the number you have to use.

Alright I understand, will close and resuggest at 61-75 then. Sorry
