I actually offered the dude a 15 key unusual for it lol yet he sells it for less ^^

Drill Hat from sale #1 is now in-date @12, so that value is solid. However, I don't think that Kunai can be valued at 10 keys. Lowest current seller is @ 6.5 - https://imgur.com/a/KQH07 - and SCM sales have varied from between 5 and 10 keys over the past couple months: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Collector%27s%20Professional%20Killstreak%20Conniver%27s%20Kunai

I would just call that a low outlier.

Sales are: 10 (pure), 11 (pure, hours), 12, 13, 14, & 16. With 11 pure taking only hours after the previous sale to occur, I would consider 10 & 11 low here. Please re-suggest @ 12-16.
