As for your other sales, sale #1 does indeed look low, couldn't get a mini on the Ponytail in sale #2, and sale #3 is a qs for pure - the Tossle wasn't added, and I'm not convinced all the keys were either.

Usable sales are 90, ~95, ~105 and 115 (rounded down from 117).

Go with 90-115 here.
