So that makes sales/offers at 70, 83, 95 and 96; although you'd need a mini for the Tam O Shanter.

that offer can support high range but 70-95 is fair as thers also a 83 sale so it fits
I disagree but we can let mods decide. 70 is an outlier compared to the sales/offers.

No sales on the shanter, however it supports 70 being in the range.
That said, ALL of the unusuals in sale 1 are outdated, as well as the time warp sober and steaming belt in sale 2. That's way too many un-mini'd hats to let this slide.
