There is only 1 effect that shares the price of aces high, here it is

It's time this hat (and effect) deserve a change for the better, based off of the prices of similar tier effects that have similar amounts in existence.

(Also nuts n' bolts is the same price as aces high? That's a little ridiculous, don't you think?)
