You'll need to find all the sales for this. I'm going to guess there's going to be a sale at ~10 Keys as well looking at that unsold.
I found a couple of more sales, however they are close to the range currently so I don't think this suggestion will go through.

I could resuggest for 11-12 or just flat 12 though
That second sale is for a black box btw. Is that all the sales? If so then 11- 12 would be good if not then you need to find all the sales

But I'll resuggest at 11-12 because it seems more logical than a flat 11
