The viva la france was sold when it was still 400 keys. If your gonna post a link make sire it was when it was still priced correctly to the trade!
When this was sold there was an open suggestion for the viva at 320-375 keys. However, the price of the viva was 350 keys NOT 400 keys. And the 350 keys suggestion was accepted five months ago. Hence, when this trade was made, the price for the viva was outdated. Pricing the viva here at 347 keys does round to 350 keys. Which is fair price of the viva.
Also, Andrew has been selling this on marketplace.tf for over a year at $971.99 (971.99/1.96) = 495 keys indicating that the current price is high.
The price at 475 keys is high for the jefe, but I guess with the evidence provided. It should be fine.

When you did the trade. The viva was out of date.
So when you bought this, the jefe's price was also out of date. By a year. And the only way to update its price was to investigate your trade. The viva would have needed a mini which is found here: https://backpack.tf/suggestion/59dc45fdcf6c750cc8562653 putting it at a range of 320-375 keys. And the helm is in date. Taking the average price of viva, the total of your trade is around 475 keys.

The anti vive was not 400. Period.
We agreed at a price point of recent sales of 400 to be repriced but the owner never put in the suggestion, therefore we settle on 400 for the viva LA France.
Thats not how it works
The last person who tried to reprice the el jefe, it didn't go through because they used new prices to the viva LA France instead of what was agreed on

For backpack.tf pricing, we use the most recent values for the hats involved. Values older than 3 months are considered outdated, and are (under normal conditions) unusable for pricing purposes. Hats with such values will need to be updated in order for them to be usable again.
As such, the vive has been updated, and can now be used here. Even if we would have taken its most recent, already outdated value, it would have been 350 and not 400. The value of 400 was set a year ago, and has been revised twice since that was made. It therefore holds no value for this price suggestion.
This does not mean that you or your trade partner are not allowed to value your hats differently; this is simply a guideline. However for pricing items here, we go by these rules and regulations. This suggestion follows these correctly and is thus valid.
