The Seeker doesn't want to sell this.

Since when can you price an unpriced with one sale? Plus 30 is ridiculously low for an Arcana.

You can always price an unpriced item with one sale and "The Seeker doesn't want to sell this," so even if this is low it most likely won't move again.
