So, how do you come up with a low-tier, low-price item, with no set amount on anything other than the steam market? HISTORY

As of 11/10/17, 1:10 EST, there are no sellers on Bazaar or on Outpost

Market Place is selling for $1.94 each

In conclusion, Is the price range high? Yes
