I dont see how "This sale doesnt make sense". Someone paid that much for it and reporting the sale. The other sale (Ty Wiz for pointing it out btw) is pretty low.
There's currently an open suggestion for the Rifleman at 350 keys, so the price here should be at 400 flat.

So sales at 110 and 400. In my eyes the sales are too far apart here and this should be left outdated.
110 seems like a qs, considering how anyone would buy it for that low.
I really wish people would stop using the "anyone would buy it for that" argument. i've seen several cases in which a hat has been unsold for months and months and still everyone says '"ye I would pay that any day". It's just as easy to say "no one in their right mind would pay 400" and it is equally unsupported.
